In the final part of our 4 part series on our Braw Bikers, we bring your attention to the youngest of our brood, Lewis Rollo. Currently in round 1 of The British Superstock 600 Championship, it’s the perfect time to introduce you to this incredible athlete who we proudly sponsor.
LEWIS ROLLO
Our fellow scotsman embarked on his future in racing at the young and impressive age of 7. With an encouraging start he placed 2nd in the Scottish Junior Motocross Championship. Only a year later he won the ‘Best Newcomer Award’ having placed 6th in the Scottish Junior A Minimoto Championship. The following year, Lewis focused on getting bigger and better which lead him to win the championship with max points. His hard work and motivation paid off, not only did he come second in the two races that followed in 2009 but in 2010 things kept getting better. In the Scottish Minimoto Championship, Lewis smashed the record for the first time in 18 years by receiving the maximum points in all three categories. An awesome achievement so early in his career highlighting his huge potential and only just beginning the long streak of success ahead.
2016 is set to be an exciting year for Lewis, he will be racing the full season in the Pirelli 600 Superstock National Championship, once again onboard Lewis Rollo Racing Kawasaki ZX6R. From the long list of trophies, broken records and sheer determination, the list will only get bigger.

As ever we interviewed our Braw Biker a few questions so you can get to know him a little bit more:
‘What got you into racing?’
All my family has been into motorbikes and have raced so since I was born I have been into motor bikes, my dad raced enduros so he got me a wee off road bike to learn how to ride. Every year we would go to the Edinburgh bike show and I would see the mini Motos there and would want a shot of them and the year I was old enough I had a shot and loved it I then got a free mini Moto for the year and went onto winning the novice championship.
‘What is new for this year?’
This season I am heading down south to the BSB champion ship to race in the stock 600 champion ship. This year is very important as it will be the most competitive champion ship I have raced in so we will have to up our game. We have a new bike, new kit and new sponsors so looking forward to this year.
‘What is your favourite Braw t-shirt?’
I’m a bit young but my favourite braw t-shirt is beards bikes boobs beer braw.
‘What’s your favourite thing about being a Braw athlete?’
My favourite thing is the support and recognition I receive from being a Braw athlete but also the privilege to have had this support continued over the last few years by Braw Beard Oils.
